The Talismanic Shirts found in the Sultan’s Treasure collection at Topkapi Palace are written verses from the Qur'an and various prayers which was believed to protect the wearer from illnesses and enemies and those were most likely prepared through a collaborative effort between astrologers and theologians. The unsolvable cryptic codes found in these pieces maintain their mystery to date.
